The whole bezel, not just the pip
Most divers lume the pip at twelve and leave the rest of the bezel dark. That tells you where you started, not how long you have been down. On the Diver 38 and the Diver One Titanium the entire ceramic scale glows, in Swiss Super-LumiNova BL10 Grade X1.
Lume is a phosphor, not a battery. Thirty seconds under a bright lamp is a full charge and a night of readability.
